Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, we guarantee that our installation will be free from defect in material and workmanship for one year from the date of installation. We can also assist in dealing with any manufacturer’s warranties after the one year period has expired. Please contact our office with any questions or a copy of our written warranty.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is billed at our normal hourly rate. Typical travel in Anchorage is around 20 minutes but can vary. Travel time is included in our one-hour minimum charge for all projects.
I want a quote to fix something. How much will it cost?
We are happy to provide quotes for a defined scope of work for no charge. However, if it is unknown what is wrong, we will have to troubleshoot the problem to determine what needs to be repaired. Troubleshooting is billable at our standard hourly rates. Sometimes troubleshooting is simple, and other times it can take time to find the problem. We are happy to keep you in the loop every step of the way.
How soon can I get an electrician?
Availability can depend greatly on the time of year and the amount of work already scheduled. Typically, we can schedule your service within the next three days. We are always available for emergencies, but higher emergency labor rates apply.
Do I need to be present?
No, we are licensed, bonded, and insured. All of our electricians are screened with pre-employment criminal background checks and drug testing. We encourage you to be present in case you have questions or information to provide about the installation or repairs.
